Embroidered emblems are most easily recognized as those appearing on uniforms or garments. The basic emblem design is made using decorative stitching on fabric with a finished edge. Designs can be fully or partially stitched using the background material as part of the design. Size ranges from less than one square inch to large enough to cover the back of a jacket.
